The 14th IEEE/CIC International Conference on Communications in China (IEEE/CIC ICCC 2025) will be held in Shanghai, China, from August 10 to 13, 2025. IEEE/CIC ICCC 2025 will bring together researchers, engineers, and industry professionals to discuss the latest advances and emerging trends in the field of communications.
The technical program committee invites the submission of original and unpublished technical papers in the following areas:
- Information and Communication Theory
- Signal Processing for Communications
- Wireless Communications
- Mobile and Wireless Networks
- AI for Communications and Networking
- Space-Air-Ground Integrated Networks
- Integrated Sensing and Communication
- Cloud and Edge Computing and Communications
- Internet of Things
- Future Internet and Networking
- Communication and Information Security
- Optical and THz Communications and Networks
- Selected Areas in Communications: 6G, Open RAN, AI RAN, Quantum Communications and Green Networks
Papers should be submitted through the EDAS system.
All submissions must be formatted in the standard IEEE camera-ready format and must be written in English. Maximum paper length is 6 pages.
Important paper submission dates:
Symposium Paper Submission Deadline: March 24th, 2025
Symposium Paper Acceptance Notification: June 15th, 2025
The organizing committee also invites submissions of cutting-edge tutorial and workshop proposals to complement the technical program of the conference. Tutorials and workshops represent an invaluable opportunity to explore the latest research trends in industry and academia and to specialize in areas of particular interest.
