IRCE is co-sponsored by Kunming University of Science and Technology, China, IEEE and IEEE Robotics and Automation Society, hosted by Faculty of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, KUST, patrons are Concordia University, Canada, Northeastern University, China, Nankai University, China, Southeast University, China, Northeast Electric Power University, China, and Tianjin University, China etc..
