The International Journal of Electronics, Computing and Engineering Education seeks to provide a forum for discussion and information exchange among researchers in electrical engineering, computer engineering and computer science, as well as engineering educators. The journal is published twice a year, and all submitted papers are peer-reviewed.

The journal’s topics of research interest include, but are not limited to: Wired, wireless and optical communications; Signal and image processing; Robotics; Microwave techniques; Electromagnetics; Solid-State circuits; Software engineering; Pattern recognition; Neural networks and machine learning; Computer networks and internet; Parallel and distributed systems; Computer graphics and multimedia systems; Database systems; Mobile computing; Embedded systems, etc.

In addition, the journal welcomes submissions from engineering educators in the areas of education methods and technology, instruction materials, educational and professional development programs, as well as assessment instruments within engineering disciplines.

Several types of papers are published, including research papers reporting original research ideas and results, letters for rapid communication of new findings and developments, and tutorials providing surveys or overviews of a particular area within electrical engineering and computer science. Also, case studies and book reviews are accepted.

Instruction to Authors

The first page of each submission should contain an article title, author(s) with affiliation(s), abstract of no more than 200 words, and a list of three to six keywords. The corresponding author should be indicated with his/her complete mailing address and email.

In general, each published paper is limited to six journal pages in length. All manuscripts should be submitted electronically in WORD format or PDF format through the online paper submission system at: http://www.serialspublications.com/journal_form.asp?jid=479&jtype=1.

Upon acceptance, the publisher will edit your file to ensure consistent style for all published papers and may request additional source files (such as Latex file and figures in gif, jpg, ps or eps format).

Contributions can be submitted any time during the year. There is NO paper charge to authors if the paper is within six journal pages. After six pages, there is a charge of US $50 per page. The corresponding author will receive one copy of the reprint free of charge.
