Computer Graphics Computer Vision & Pattern Recognition Human Computer Interaction

The 33rd International Conference on Image and Vision Computing New Zealand will be held in Auckland on 19-21 November, 2018.
Image and Vision Computing New Zealand is New Zealand's premier academic conference on all aspects of computer vision, image processing, computer graphics, virtual and augmented reality, visualisation and HCI applications related to these fields.
Submissions of original research are invited to IVCNZ on any aspect of image and video computing.
** Submission Guidelines **
Submissions must be complete manuscripts of 5 or 6 pages in double column format, and should be submitted as PDF files. Paper templates in LaTeX and Word format will be available shortly from the conference website.
The conference will consist of a mix of oral and poster sessions. No distinction will be made between the two types of presentation in the proceedings: authors may request the type of presentation they consider most appropriate for their paper, however the final decision will be made by the program committee.
In submitting a paper, the authors warrant that should the paper be accepted, the final paper will be prepared in time for inclusion into the published proceedings and that one of the authors will attend the conference and present the paper. The proceedings will be submitted for publication after the conference; the committee reserves the right to withdraw any paper from the proceedings that is not presented at the conference. All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference.
** Invited Speakers **
Dr Alexander Woodward (Neuroinformatics Unit, RIKEN Center for Brain Science, Japan): “The Brain/MINDS project: image processing techniques for 3D brain reconstruction and atlasing of the common marmoset”
