The conference proceedings of ICDTE 2017 has been included in to ACM Digital Library 【https://dl.acm.org/citation.cfm?id=3134847】. All accepted papers by ICDTE 2018 will be published in internation conference proceedings, whcih will be indexed by EI Compendex and Scopus.
