SCIS&ISIS2018 and ISWS2018 will be held as different but unified conferences with the common conference events such as opening ceremony, reception, banquet, plenary talks, etc.
The following three plenary talks are scheduled in the technical program:
"Design of Fuzzy Logic Control Systems and Their Applications”
by Prof. Byung-Jae Choi (Daegu University, Korea)
"Why Information Technology Helps Clinical Practice ?”
by Prof. Yutaka Hata (University of Hyogo, Japan)
"The role of monotonicity in data science”
by Prof. Bernard De Baets (Ghent University, Belgium)

ISWS2018 & PUBLICATION
ISWS2018 welcomes the submission of late-breaking papers or position papers, which do not need to present the completed research work necessarily. Some papers submitted to SCIS&ISIS2018 may be accepted as ones of ISWS2018. The submissions will be peer-reviewed for originality and scientific quality. All accepted papers will be published in USB proceedings, but not covered by IEEE Xplore® digital library nor Ei Compendex.
