REGISTRATION
To join LICER 2017, presenters must submit abstract, registration form and presenter biodata before 2 May 2017. Letter of acceptance will be released once the abstract is reviewed and pass the evaluation, latest by 30 May 2017. Full paper should be submitted before 2 August 2017. Presenters are advised to use the template for full paper, provided by the organizer.
