RECPAD is the annual Portuguese Conference on Pattern Recognition, sponsored by APRP (Portuguese Association for Pattern Recognition). It is a one-day conference with an invited keynote speaker and poster sessions along the day. This year, RECPAD2018 - http://recpad2018.dei.uc.pt/ - will be held at the Centro Cultural D. Dinis, in the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage site of the University of Coimbra, on October 26th, 2018. Please feel extremely welcome!
RECPAD 2018 aims to promote the collaboration between the Portuguese scientific community in the fields of Pattern Recognition, Image Analysis and Processing, Soft Computing, and related areas, including, but not limited to:

- Classification clustering ensembles and multi-classifiers

- Feature extraction, discretization and selection
