Session description
Scheduling problems are still one of the most interesting topics for both academic and industrial fields.
They are present in a very large spectre of our real life from timetabling to crew scheduling and managing huge projects of multinational companies. In this context, the need to have models and approaches that can be responsive to complex environment and deal with the high complexity that characterise real actual new problems is still with an extreme importance. The aim of this track is to present the recent works that highlight approaches, models and tools dealing with scheduling problems in a real life context. We encourage authors to submit works that have both theoretical and applicative aspects.
The topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
Machine Scheduling
