*History*
ICETC has been held annually all around the world since 2009. The focus of the conference
is to gather scientists, engineers, educators and students of all nationalities by
providing excellent opportunity to exchange ideas and present latest advancements in the
fields. This year the 10th ICETC will be held in Tokyo Institute of Technology, which is
the largest institution for higher education in Japan dedicated to science and
technology, and is generally considered to be one of the most prestigious universities in
Japan.
*Publication*
Accepted papers of ICETC 2018 will be published into conference proceedings, which will
be submitted for index by Ei Compendex and Scopus.
