International Renewable Energy Storage Conference (IRES 2019)
Hall 8b Messe Düsseldorf, 12-14 March 2019
The European Association for Renewable Energy EUROSOLAR will organize its 13th International Renewable Energy Storage Conference (IRES 2019) on March 12-14, 2019 jointly with the Energy Storage Europe (ESE) Conference and Exhibition at Messe Düsseldorf, Germany. The conferences focus on the scientific research and findings on storage technology, legal frameworks, smart networks and market aspects (IRES) and on the business and finance aspects for the rollout of these technologies to the global market (ESE).
IRES provides a coherent overview of energy storage technologies that can enable the global transition towards the decarbonization of economies through ubiquitous renewable energy systems. The conference program encompasses all storage techologies in their context, and welcomes case studies, applications, country scenarios, trend analyses, and barriers to be overcome for the transition process.
The conference is accompanied by the largest B2B exhibition on storage technologies. The colocation of the conference and the exhibition in one venue provides an ideal opportunity for scientists, innovators, entrepreneurs and investors, policymakers and students to meet. Access to all parts of the conference, the exhibition as well as to the networking events is included in the registration fee for oral and poster presenters.
You are hereby cordially invited to submit an abstract for the 2019 conference via our submission platform. Papers may be presented in parallel sessions (“oral presentations”) or the poster exhibition (“poster presentation”).
Either way, you may submit a full paper until February 1st, 2019 for the IRES conference proceedings, which are published in a scientific open access journal. The 20 best papers get a chance to be published in the Journal of Energy Storage (Elsevier).
The deadline for submitting an abstract for an “oral presentation” is Friday, September 14, 2018.
The deadline for submitting an abstract for a “poster presentation” is Friday, February 1, 2019.
Abstracts can be submitted at www.conftool.pro/IRES2019
