Posters: recently completed work, work in progress, or publicly presentable ideas for unimplemented and/or unusual systems or applications
Accepted Papers will be published on the indexed magazine:

All papers must be written in English or Spanish and should be sent for review in .pdf format, with the LNCS (Springer format) in no more than 15 pages including illustrations, results and references.
Submissions must be original and does not must been published previously or be under consideration for publication while being evaluated for these congress.
You should not shorten the camera-ready version in comparison with the version submitted for review, unless the reviewer required this; in any case such shortening would not reduce the additional fee.
Please provide your paper in the form in which it should appear in the book (but without page numbers, running heads, and copyright note). However, since the review process is double blind, please do not indicate the author names or any information that may disclose the authors identity (obviously, in the camera-ready version you should indicate the names).
Accepted papers will only be published if presented during the congress: The entrance cost is $1700 MXN for authors ascribed to mexican institutions and $100 USD for authors ascribed to institutions abroad.
Non-accepted but promising papers can be presented to the community of the congress in poster format at a cost of $850 MXN for authors ascribed to mexican institutions and $100 USD for authors ascribed to institutions abroad
