Computational Intelligence including Neural Network, Fuzzy Logic and Evolution Computing has proven to be useful in various real-world applications. For instance, researches that use computational intelligence techniques in image, video and multimedia domains have emerged rapidly in recent decades, particularly deep learning that originated from the neural network research. This special session invites new research in these domains that uses algorithms inspired from the computational intelligence techniques.
Topics of interest include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Computer Vision
· Natural Language Processing
· Image Processing and Pattern Recognition
· Text-to-speech/Speech-to-text
· Image/Video Coding and Analysis
· Multimedia Systems and Applications
· Image and Video Analytics
