Submission Method
Authors are invited to submit papers through EasyChair online submission system. The author should submit the full (and original research) papers (which is NOT submitted or published or under consideration anywhere in other conferences/journal) in electronic (DOC or PDF) format. If you have any difficulty about it, please feel free to contact iccis@ju.edu.sa.
Paper Format
Submitted papers should be written in complete English and no less than full 5 pages. To download the paper template (DOC).
Peer Review
All submissions to the ICCIS 2019 are first reviewed by the technical committees. At this stage, manuscripts may be rejected without peer review if it is felt that they are not of high enough quality or not relevant to the conference. This fast rejection process means that authors are given a quick decision and do not need to wait for the review process.
Manuscripts that are not instantly rejected are sent out for peer review, to 2-3 independent reviewers. Based on the feedback from these reviewers and the technical committees judgment a decision is given on the manuscript.
Final Papers:
Authors of accepted technical paper will prepare a final version of their paper and will submit it using the EasyChair online submission system. The version of the final technical paper will be substantially the same as the technical paper proposal but will take into account reviewer’s comments. The final paper must be completed and submitted on or before the final Submissions and Registrations" deadline.
