XXIII Argentine Congress of Computer Science (CACIC 2017)
CACIC is an annual Congress dedicated to the promotion and advancement of all aspects of Computer Science. The major topics can be divided into the broad categories included as Workshops (Intelligent Agents and Systems; Distributed and Parallel Processing; Software Engineering; Architecture, Networks and Operating Systems; Graphic Computation, Visualization and Image Processing; Information Technology applied to Education; Databases and Data Mining; Innovation in Software Systems; Computer Security; Innovation in Computer Science Education; Signal Processing and Real time Systems; and Ethics in Computer Science).
The congress will feature invited talks, discussion panels and 6 courses from distinguished professors. Proceedings
All accepted papers will be published in the Congress' memories in CD-ROM under ISBN reference and incorporated to National University of La Plata (UNLP) public repository (http://sedici.unlp.edu.ar/).
Best papers
A selection of the best papers will be chosen and their authors will be invited to send a revised version for the later publication in Springer CCIS, Communications in Computer and Information Science (http://www.springer.com/series/7899). CCIS is abstracted/indexed in Scopus, DBLP, Google Scholar, EI-Compendex, Mathematical Reviews and SCImago. CCIS volumes are also submitted to be included in ISI Proceedings.
Other relevant papers
Authors of other relevant papers will be invited to submit a properly extended and improved version to Journal of Computer Science and Technology, JCS&T (http://journal.info.unlp.edu.ar) and to Revista Iberoamericana de Tecnología en Educación y Educación en Tecnología, TE&ET (http://teyet-revista.info.unlp.edu.ar). The JCS&T is indexed on Latindex, DOAJ, Google Scholar, REDIB, and others; while TE&ET is indexed on Scielo, Latindex, DOAJ, Google Scholar, REDIB, and others.

XXIII Congreso Argentino de Ciencias de la Computación (CACIC 2017)
CACIC es un Congreso anual dedicado a la promoción y al avance de todos los aspectos de las Ciencias de la Computación. Los temas principales se organizan en forma de workshops (Agentes y Sistemas Inteligentes; Procesamiento Distribuido y Paralelo; Ingeniería de Software; Arquitectura, Redes y Sistemas Operativos; Computación Gráfica, Visualización y Procesamiento de imágenes; Tecnología Informática aplicada en Educación; Bases de Datos y Minería de Datos; Innovación en Sistemas de Software; Seguridad Informática; Innovación en Educación en Informática; Procesamiento de Señales y Sistemas de Tiempo Real; y Ética en Ciencias de la Computación).
El congreso tendrá conferencias invitadas, paneles de discusión y 6 cursos a cargo de profesores destacados. Actas
Todos los artículos aceptados se publicarán en las actas del congreso en CD-ROM con ISBN incluido y serán incluidos en el repositorio público de la Universidad Nacional de La Plata (http://sedici.unlp.edu.ar/).
Mejores trabajos
Los mejores trabajos serán seleccionados y se invitará a sus autores a enviar una versión revisada para su posterior publicación la serie Springer CCIS, Communications in Computer and Information Science (http://www.springer.com/series/7899). CCIS se encuentra indexada en Scopus, DBLP, Google Scholar, EI-Compendex, Mathematical Reviews y SCImago. Los volúmenes de CCIS son también enviados para su inclusión en ISI Proceedings.
