We are pleased to invite you to the 2018 International Conference on Fuzzy Theory and Its Applications (iFUZZY2018) which will be held on November 14-17, 2018 at EXCO in Daegu, South Korea. iFUZZY2018 will provide all presenters and participants with a great opportunity to present and discuss the latest accomplishments, challenges, and future directions in the field of fuzzy theory and applications, and advanced intelligent systems and computing.

Location
Daegu Metropolitan City is one of the largest city in South Korea with over 2.5 million residents. It is located in south-eastern of Korea about 290 kilometers and 90-110 minutes by high speed train (KTX or SRT) from Seoul and about 110 kilometers and 45 minutes from Busan. Daegu is also known as “Apple City” and “Textile City,” currently focusing on fostering fashion and high-tech industries. Attractions include 4 UNESCO World Heritage Sites located in the vicinities.
EXCO (Daegu Exhibition & Convention Center) is a leading exhibition and convention center in Daegu. Since opening in April 2001, it has hosted various exhibitions and convention events. This year, ROBEX2018 (The 7th Daegu International Robot Industry Expo., http://www.robex.or.kr/eng) will be held at the same time providing free admission to iFUZZY2018 registrees.
Paper Submission
The official language of the conference is English. Papers submitted should be written in English. All papers must be submitted in PDF format via the conference website.
Regular papers should be no more than 6 pages in a total length. In addition to regular papers, one-page abstract-only papers are also welcome. Abstract-only papers will be published only in the conference proceedings.
Organized Session
Prospective authors are encouraged to propose organized sessions related to the topics of interest. Organized sessions provide a forum for focused discussions on new and innovative technologies. Both oral and poster papers are accepted.
Special Issues
All the accepted regular papers are included in the conference proceedings. Some high-quality papers will be published in the special issue of International Journal of Fuzzy Systems with Impact Factor of 2.198.
