MICCAI 2018 Skin Image Analysis Workshop/Challenge

MICCAI-ISIC 2018

Computer Graphics Computer Vision & Pattern Recognition

We're happy to announce the release of the training datasets for all 3 parts of the 2018 International Skin Imaging Collaboration (ISIC) Skin Image Analysis Challenge, hosted at MICCAI.
- Part 1: Lesion Segmentation
Predict lesion segmentation masks from dermoscopic images. 2600 images for training, 100 for validation, 1000 for test. $2,500 prize for top performing algorithm.
- Part 2: Lesion Attribute Detection
Classify and localize clinical dermoscopic attribute patterns as binary masks. Categories include "network", "negative network", "streaks", "milia-like cysts", "dots and globules". 2600 images for training, 100 for validation, 1000 for test. $2,500 prize for top performing algorithm.
Part 3: Disease Classification
Classify disease categories for dermoscopic images. 7 disease states, including "Nevus", "Dermatofibroma", "Melanoma", "Pigmented Actinic Keratoses / Bowen's Disease", "Pigmented Benign Keratoses", "Basal Cell Carcinoma", and "Vascular Lesions". 10,000 images provided for training, 200 for validation, 2000 for test. $2,500 prize for top performing algorithm.
