The Count Károlyi József Foundation and the Department of Art History of the Faculty of Music and Visual Arts of the University of Pécs jointly organize an international conference at Károlyi Castle in Fehérvárcsurgó on 11–12 October 2024 with the title:



7th International Conference upon historic monument protection: The current European cultural heritage preservation tendencies with focus on the Carpathian Basin



We would like to focus on the topic of archaeological, built and movable heritage conservation, restorations ongoing or already finished, renovation of buildings, and the latest research results of historical monuments in Central Europe. We would like to invite you to give a twenty-minute lecture at the conference. You can speak in English, French, Italian or Hungarian. Please, send your presentation title no later than 31th May, 2024 to the e-mail address: tuskes.anna@gmail.com. Accommodation and meals are organized and covered by the Károlyi Foundation of Fehérvárcsurgó, the conference volume will be published by the Department of Art History of the Faculty of Music and Visual Arts of the University of Pécs.
