Introduction
The 2nd International Conference on Functional Materials and Civil Engineering (CONF-FMCE 2024) is a leading conference on functional materials, civil engineering, transportation engineering, energy engineering. Eskişehir Osmangazi University and Illinois Institute of Technology are the co-organizers of CONF-FMCE 2024. CONF-FMCE 2024 is open to international participants. It provides an excellent opportunity for scholars interested in functional materials and civil engineering to share their findings and achievements, thus promoting communication and cooperation. This conference is supported by faculty members from University of Arizona, University of the West of England, and UNSW Sydney.
To break the barriers of time and space and to provide seamless communication opportunities for worldwide scholars, CONF-FMCE 2024 will be organized distributedly with dispersed venues. Transnational academic workshops are the decentralized co-organisers of CONF-FMCE 2024 and will be held at Eskişehir Osmangazi University (Eskişehir, Turkey) and Illinois Institute of Technology (Chicago, USA). Besides these workshops, CONF-FMCE 2024 is a hybrid conference, establishing an online session and welcoming participants from all countries and regions to join whenever and wherever possible.
The goal of this conference is to bring together researchers and practitioners from academia and industry to highlight the importance of functional materials in civil engineering as well as establish new collaborations in these areas. The conference looks for significant contributions to functional materials, civil engineering, transportation engineering, energy engineering in theoretical and practical aspects.
CALL FOR PAPERS
Publication
Accepted papers of CONF-FMCE 2024 will be published in Applied and Computational Engineering (ACE) (Print ISSN 2755-2721), and will be submitted to EI Compendex, Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI), Crossref, CNKI, Portico, Engineering Village (Inspec), Google Scholar, and other databases for indexing. The situation may be effected by factors among databases like processing time, workflow, policy, etc.
